We deliver to the UK mainland only.
Post and packing £5.00
We aim to keep delivery and packing charges as low as possible.
Orders received by 11.30 am are posted same day Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

All our ribbons are printed inhouse and we aim to dispatch your gift with ribbon within 24 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns only if unopened please and in a saleable condition, you must notify us within 14 days by email. Buyer pays to return. Refund includes item cost and original postage cost.
Returns if faulty and you must notify us within 30 days by email we will cover cost of return and original cost of goods and postage.
Ribbons
Bespoke and standard printed ribbons will only be refunded if they are faulty, these are a bespoke item which are cut to your gift size and can not be re-sold.
